		<description>Hello:

My name is Michael Hoskins; I was interviewed by Sara Wood for this project. I want to thank all of you for caring enough to tell a very small part of our stories. Not a day passes that Vietnam is always on my mind.

The nightmares are not so bad anymore; finding &quot;O&quot; has helped find myself. Richard is my Bro and I love him like a brother, which we are simply brothers from different mothers.

O saved my life at Gio Linh; I was wounded twice in a five minute span and was literally unconscious on my feet wandering through a heavy artillery attack. Richard came and got me, taking me to the only safety we had, which was our parapet for our 105mm howitzer.I was later medivaced.

I was the one who always asked him to play &quot;Younger Girl.&quot;

God Bless you all; it was a honor to serve all of you in Vietnam. I hope in a small way we made a difference for you...
