A friend of my friend went to MBO last year and told us how great it was. This year, a group of four of us did our first MBO. Oakridge has incredible downhill trails and everyone is incredibly welcoming. Definitely a special place.

I'll be back. MBO next year and maybe sooner!

I just got back from my first MBO and I though sore and weary, I am thrilled to think of returning next summer. We brought about 25 people in from Seattle and the Bay Area and we all had a blast. I am so grateful to the organizers and the great community of Oakridge for making for an unbelievable event. No doubt Oakridge is on the brink of becoming *the* mountain bike destination of the PNW.

Later this summer I will be moving to Eugene, OR to attend the University of Oregon Law School as a part of the Conflict and Dispute Resolution Masters Degree Program. I was enchanted by this story as this part of the country is soon to become my home. I already felt a connection, and a responsibility to this area because of the reporting. I will make my visit to Oakridge soon.

Thank you,
